I have only one goal with this article…  direct you to a few of resources on the internet that I have found valuable in my own education and growth.

In my opinion, if you’re not growing in some fashion, you’re dead.

 

Remember that the foundation of successful creation of change is:

1)  Adopting a system or program.

2)  Taking action and executing that system or program at your highest level possible.

 

*  Of course I am talking about human performance and body transformation, but you could apply this to other areas of life.

I have said it before, but every program works (for a little while).  There are training programs and eating styles that I very much prefer over others, but the fact is that if you dedicated yourself to sticking to a program for any length of time, you are going to experience some results.  Staying the course with movement and nutritional programming can have tremendous reward.
